With the Family in Cape Town

Connie, Daniel, and Josh watching a video

Berwick hiding after her new makeup, half of it accidental, and half applied to balance the other.
She is thinking of suing for emotional trauma.

Scenery on our daily walk; at the end of the J-hook

Beside the vlei, downtown Muizenberg in distance

 A neighbor's flowering wall

 Nathanael at his first birthday party, crowned prince for the day;
or until his sister removes it.

 He spots the cake.

 Opening his presents

Relaxing with his mom and dad

Bringing a white guy in on the tribal action

A Muslim concert; God loves these people, and wants them in His kingdom.

A ride on the Jolly Roger for Paul's birthday; no honor among pirates here.

But the open sea is still peaceful.

What, did his mom feed him too much leavening when he was a kid?

Eating at Quay Four after the boat ride

A stroll around the Victoria & Albert Waterfront to work off supper

A lovely agapanthus beside a store

En route to Rhodes Memorial with the gang and Berwick

The Memorial in the afternoon sun

 Cape Town in the background

"When we say leave, we mean LEAVE!"

"If you make me leave, I'll...I'll...well, remember Samson what did.
And I'm not too blind to find my own pillars."

Scenery as we are heading toward Boulders Beach

What are you two penguins doing? Kissing is strictly forbidden.

A waterfront home at Boulders Beach.

"Elephant? You say there's an elephant behind us?"

It's a frame-up!
Flying out of Dallas in the evening
Flying over Iceland? Canada? Where there's more snow than I want to feel.
There was enough at home waiting me.
It was a great trip, but I'm glad to be home again.

  2. Yep, I figured if I waited any longer, I'd have to get in line. A long line.
